6152 Waterman Blvd
I've lived in this same apartment for 2.5 years now, and it's been great. I've had very minimal issues, and when I have had anything happen, maintenance comes later that day or the next day to address the issue. Only downside is there are not reserved parking spaces, only street parking. It has not been a huge problem, though. Typically spots open depending on the time of day. It is also a super quiet building, so it's good for studying. I'm also 99% sure all residents in the building are WashU grad students.

6152 Waterman Blvd
I have enjoyed living in my apartment so far and plan to stay here until I'm done with school. The street I live on is filled with apartment buildings that pretty much only students live in. The street and building are both very quiet, which has been great for doing school work from my apartment. I have had a couple air conditioning problems, but the building's maintenance crew is very responsive. The hallways and stairwell of the building are always clean. The location is really great. The apartments probably an 10 minute walk to Forest Park, and is about a 17 minute walk to the law school, with the majority of that walk through campus. I can also walk to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops and I feel safe doing this in the daylight. I have a cat and there is a vet's office within walking distance, which is an added bonus as well. There is also a UPS package drop off box in walking distance too. The nearest grocery store and gas station are both about a 4 to 5 minute drive from the building. The only downside with this apartment is parking. There is only street parking and no marked spots, so sometimes it is hard to find a spot right in front of my building. However, I have always been able to find a spot somewhere on the street. Overall, it is a great building and location.

Great apartment, terrible property managers
The apartment is great until something goes wrong. Then Parallel drags their feet on doing anything at all, and whatever they do is usually unhelpful. Just this year I've had to personally call exterminators and pay out of my own pocket to deal with a bug problem, and buy a space heater for my bathroom because the heating vent in there is blocked and Parallel has done nothing about it in over a year. We also had a problem with mail/package theft earlier this year that they did absolutely nothing about even after multiple students filed police reports. And in spite of being completely useless, they raised my rent by $160 between this year and last year.

Close to Campus and Quiet
My only negatives are that the bedroom and closet are small and there is on-street parking and have been numerous car jackings on Pershing/Waterman streets in the surrounding area. Other than that, the apartment building is quiet, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, updated appliances, and washer and dryer in each unit. Also, allows up to two pets. Management and maintenance are very responsive. Right by numerous bus stops.

Few cons
Quiet building, secure, washer and dryer in the unit, updated, and nice large windows for lots of natural light. Less than a quarter of a mile from bus stops for the 1, green, 16 and 2 lines. The only downsides in my opinion is there is street parking only and the bedroom is small (mostly just fits my queen size bed, nightstand and laundry hamper.)
