Student Housing off campus

My experience living here has been somewhere between a dorm and an apartment building. If you don't mind living somewhere that is slightly unkempt, the price and location are hard to beat. You live right downtown, but due to interstate access the ride into campus is a 12 minute commute with normal traffic. Traffic back home can be a nightmare, but knowing the main highways and boulevards can keep you from getting stuck in interstate traffic without adding too much time.

Affordable Housing

Well maintained, safe and affordable housing right downtown. The management company is a non profit that keeps their rent below market standard for students. The apartments are quiet, the laundry rooms are clean, the management is responsive and the elevators are always working. Highly recommend!
