best value in EL

Older apartments so things are not updated and kitchen and bedrooms are on the smaller side, but great value and location. Also cat friendly

Right on the most happening road - Grand River Ave.
Well maintained units. Proximity to bus stop and other stores. Walking distance to Business college (10 mins). Right on the Red cedar river.
