Management Issues
Apartment is functional, you get what you pay for. Management is definitely the worst.

Landings Apartment Review
On move-in day, my apartment was not clean and had dog hair all over the place. On informing this to the management, I was outright told to get it cleaned myself. The management also turned off the heater without any proper communication and the response for maintenance issue is very bad.

The Landings
Good place to live but the management is terrible. Apartments are old too.

LIARS
The management is not only rude - they just want to make money off poor internationals. They have been extremely unaccomodative even with move out. They promised some discount and went back on their word to change the lease as per their convenience. They gave me an unfinished apartment and charged me a cleaning fee on moving out saying I had left a dirty carpet! I had cleaned the apartment to a level which was wayyy better than what they had given me. It’s probably the worst decision of my life to have taken up an apartment here. My friends decided to renew their lease and move into a different apartment. Not only did they give them an unfinished - no carpet in bedrooms apartment, they also had the audacity to tell them that by law the place is liveable since it has 4 walls and running water. I’m disheartened by their behavior. I don’t know if it was because we were Indians, or if they are this way to everyone but I had a terrible experience!

The Landings was and is a bad choice
The management is bad. Nothing gets fixed. The distance from school is not worth the time spent. Nothing is good about this place.

Pros and Cons
Pros
1. Apartments are well furnished.
2. Costs are reasonable.
Cons
1. Students who live in interior blocks of society faces issues such as garbage disposal. There is only one garbage disposal point in whole society.

My Experience
The development is OK but sometimes management is a bit slow on reacting to situations.
