Castle Pointe
Maintenance is quick but doesn’t always fix what needs to be fixed. Walls are somewhat thin. You can feel your downstairs neighbors walking when sitting in the living room. Flores throughout the apartment are not even- you can’t even stand on a scale properly without the number being incorrect. People in the front office have good days and bad days but mostly bad days- not the best prove to interact with on a random day. I’ve had my car broken into twice since living here. Also, there’s gaps between my sliding door and the outside so the temperature in the apartment fluctuates with the season.

Castle Pointe Apartments Review
It isn't fancy but you get a lot for what you pay for!

Quiet, Quaint, Close(ish) to Campus
I haven’t had many issues with the leasing company here. The staff is extremely helpful and responsive. I haven’t used many of the amenities but it’s nice to have options. The only issue I have are some of the other rental properties around Castle Pointe, those tenants can be quite loud.

Great Place to Live
Love my apartment! Great for those with and without a car. CATA bus stops right next to the apartment building. Very spacious, love the floor plan. I have had a great experience living here.

Old but Big
Castle point is quiet and spacious. The grounds are nice, feature playground equipment, basketball court, tennis court, an indoor/outdoor pool, a gym with good lifting equipment, and walking trails. Most units have covered parking which is awesome in the winter. The CATA bus system has several stops on the property. The main drawback is the units are old with dated kitchens and bathrooms.

Older building but very spacious and affordable!
I chose a space with an older interior that is more affordable for me. It is very spacious and includes an in-unit washer and dryer. The outdoor amenities are great over the summer, especially the pool and gym.

Review
Very Cheap apartment off Hagadorn. It's 425 a person before utilities. facilities are on the older side but the cost is worth the tradeoff.
