Pretty good!
pool right out back. have to pay extra for a parking permit but was only there over the summer so there was plenty of street parking available. property was a little dated but relatively nice. some mold in bathroom.
NO sunlight. nice yard area in front and across the street for hanging out outside with friends.
had some issues with our sublease. we emailed all paperwork to landlord. then after the first week we tried to turn in a request for dressers and beds (free). landlord said they had 0 record of our sublease.
