could be worse but I would prefer somewhere else
Would love to live somewhere else but I guess it works for the time being. The unit I have is affordable but it's cramped, particularly the kitchen. I've had mice and roach issues in my apartment but I've heard that other residents don't have the same issues depending on where they are in the building. I don't usually hear people above me but I can hear the doors slamming and the pipes running all the time. Maintenance and management is usually pretty responsive. The neighborhood is decent, quiet, and pretty safe, and if you have a car you have a lot more shopping and food options, but nearby it's very residential and there isn't very much going on. Five minutes from a 40 stop & regional rail station (the train barely runs though), a bit of a further walk for a 52 stop.
