Washington Manor Review
Loved my apartment, lived there for 1st year and most of clinical year. A bus stop is right outside of the apartment which is great for some rotations clinical year (some are too early for that) and for all of 1st year. It's also walking distance, about 12 minutes. Very close to the grad school library (less than 5 minutes walk) and lots of food, convenience stores, and coffee shops. Great location for lots of study options.
There's parking available, but at extra cost. An outdoor lot about 5 minute walk and a parking garage right next door. Management is also super helpful. There's a small gym in the basement with all the basics.
Each apartment option is different, they have personalized layouts, so look into it. I had a washer/dryer in my apt and updated appliances, so was worth the price for me in addition to the location.
You can have pets here, but I didn't.

I really like my apartment and the management company is pretty great. The company is very good at responding to urgent maintenance needs, and is relatively quick to respond to non-urgent requests. The apartment is pricey, but the location is fantastic and there are less expensive units within the building.

Old but nice
It's a newly-renovated unit in an old building, but overall it's been a good experience. Rent is pricey due to its amazing location. There's little light coming in and not the most beautiful sight through the windows (mine face an office's parking lot), but living downtown when you don't have a car does make the difference. Also, there's a small gym in the building and laundry machines that do the work. Management is also very attentive (although they have missed some details with me... Like fixing a closet door that's been broken forever). Other than that, good experience!
