Pineridge Residences

My partner and I live here with two pets and have had a good experience. The townhomes are comfortable and there's a good amount of room for the price. There are no amenities really (I guess there's a charcoal grill you can use?), but we just got gym memberships so that's fine. There's no pet rent/pet fee because the owner loves animals. Maintenance responds quickly-- things are regularly fixed within 24 hours, even if they're not urgent.

Pretty new, reasonably good shape, landlord responsive from what I can tell.

Spacious and comfortable

This property is in the opposite direction of where most people live but has great properties for more reasonable rates. If you are looking for walking distance to school or night scene this is not the right place but if you are looking for something for your wife, spouse or family to enjoy while you are up here this is a great option. The property owner is very nice and responsive to concerns. The property is also pet-friendly and includes plenty of parking spots.

This apartment is spacious, relatively new and in good condition. Approximately 2-3 miles from campus with free parking at complex, so having a car is recommended. Bus stop at apartment complex but relatively infrequent routes to campus. Landlord is good and fixes any issues quickly. Pet friendly with access to Monkey Run hiking trails and field directly behind complex, so great option if you have a dog that needs frequent exercise.

Overall great apartments (townhomes) for an affordable price.
Positives - affordable, pet friendly, washer and dryer in unit, plenty of parking at no costs; friendly landlord; mostly families and graduate students; fireplace and skylight in the Livingroom.
Negatives - take car or bus to campus every day; irregular bus schedule; further from downtown and campus than other locations.
