Thoughts on Ironclad Residential
Excellent. Full of finance, legal, and medical professionals in their 30s. Community space is abundant, internet is reliable, it is very quiet, amenities (pool, hot-tub, gym, yoga room) are nice (especially after stressful days) and kept nice by the general maturity of tenants & maintenance staff. New building and generally clean tenants--so no pests.
The key-fab system is cumbersome and on almost every door.

A truly awesome place. Great amenities, responsive management, and cordial neighbors.
truly only downsides are my view of a parking garage (if your apartment is on the side of Washington Ave, rather than Chicago or 3rd st), the noise level (again on Washington Ave side), and it's a higher price point. Otherwise I LOVE THIS BUILDING.

Mill city location, luxurious units, solid amenities, and Trader Joe's across the street
These are luxury apartments in Mill City district, nestled between the Guthrie and US Bank Stadium. It's not cheap, but you get a LOT of value for the money.
Top 3 things I love:
+Location is near everything I need. Trader Joe's is across the street, tons of restaurants close or easily accessible via light rail/bus/scooter.
+The units are luxurious and very well insulated. The fixtures, countertops, appliances, etc are top-notch.
+Amenities are plentiful and the rooftop party room is a great place to entertain.
Things to improve:
-It's on the spendy side. You start with a base rent and all the options can add up: premium for higher floors, parking, utilities, etc. However, still competitive.
-Management could be friendlier.
These are very minor gripes for what you're getting. I'd recommend anyone with the means to seriously consider these apartments!
