You get what you pay for
The allure of Stadium Village Apartments is its price and location. Only $1200/ month for a two bedroom apartment within easy walking distance of campus. You only have to pay for electricity and internet, everything else is included. Maintenance is responsive and quick to address issues.
Of course, you get what you pay for. This is an old building and the units are small. No in-unit laundry, garbage disposal, or amenities. The hallways are dark and carpeting is old. Stuff breaks frequently (faucets, oven, fridge) but is at least replaced extremely quickly.
This apartment is all about price and location, but don't expect a luxury experience.

Great refurbished building
Tall, beautiful ceilings, modern appliances, close to campus, and cheaper than many of the other nearby options (and probably larger too). Walls are thin and it's next to a train track are my only complaints. Walking distance to stores, bars, and restaurants.

Just fine
A little run down but just fine for a grad/college student. Only cats allowed. Pay for laundry (ugh) and parking (UGH) without enough spots. Good enough, not my favorite.

Quiet, Good Location, New Mgmt
Our building was bought just a couple months ago by a new mgmt company, so I can't say much about changes. However, they've so far been very prompt in responding to concerns.
The space itself is fine, nothing fancy, great for a student. My unit has hard wood floors, not all do.
Building is mostly students, some undergrad and some graduate. As a grad student myself, I appreciate that it is usually very quiet, although it's located on a loud road.
Kitchens are small but that's fine for me.
Parking is an extra $75 and is not covered, but is reserved spaces.
