No apartment building is perfect but I am grateful for how safe the area around this apartment is and I have had a good experience with the leasing office. There have been some cars broken into in the parking garage in the last year. Residents have to fob to get into the building but not to get into the elevator, unfortunately. I bike to campus in ten minutes every day. Also, I appreciate how I can walk downtown because I am located just at the end of the Gulch. The biggest issue with this apartment complex is that there are not enough security cameras. And this might seem like a silly criticism but the second worst part about the building is the horribly strong air fresheners in the common areas.

Apartment just changed management and has made some great updates to the building! Units are also really nice, and the pool/gym are great, too.

The building is pretty good. I picked it without ever having been to Nashville before, which was really difficult. Besides there being several break-ins in the (secured access) parking garage, the area is really, really safe. It takes me 11 minutes to bike to campus or 30 minutes to walk to campus.

I have lived there for all 3 years of law school and have been happy overall. We have a restaurant/bar underneath the building which can get loud at times, but it’s not horrible. Amenities are great, nice pool, gym, high-end common room, dog park, package lockers, and valet trash service. I will say the elevators and entrydoors get messed up a lot which is annoying, but overall it’s been manageable.

Infinity has every amenity you could think of from a rooftop, a garden, several outdoor lounge areas with grills and fire-pits, a beautiful pool, large gym with all kinds of equipment, conference room, huge party room with a stage and games and kitchen, study space, music recording room, bike room, dog park, and dog spa - literally, you name it! They also do tons of fun activities for their residents. The location is so central as I am just over a mile from VUMC, less than a mile from broadway and downtown activities, and next door to dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Great location and amenities. Responsive staff. 10-15min walk to Vanderbilt. Walking distance of the Gulch and music row restaurants and shops.

This place has so many amenities. It has been so nice living here and I am still able to walk to class. It is located perfectly between midtown and the gulch so you get the best of both worlds and the price is reasonable for how high-end it is.

Apartment with many really nice amenities, including a pool and a lounge, making it great for hosting. Package lockers make it really easy to get your packages even when you're hardly ever around. A potential drawback is its farther away from the medical school making driving a necessity, and farther away from where other med students typically live
