Nice Apartment in a Nice Part of Town

The apartment is nice and there is plenty to do in Germantown. There is some construction right now which can be frustrating but it also brought rent down.

Great place to live

The Griff is a great place to live with many amenities. Including a work from home space, Peloton bikes and resort style pool. The Griff is close to many amazing restaurants in Germantown.

Brand new building in Germantown

The apartment was just built this year, and is in great condition! There are a variety of layouts available and amenities are awesome - including Peloton bikes and a great pool. It's also within walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars.
