The Bowery at Southside

I really love the apartment. Very safe and has very nice amenities (pool, gym, dog park). Only downside is a bit of construction and just because of proximity to downtown, on my walks there are some homeless.

Property is nice

It's in a good location and the community is quiet. It is near train tracks though, so the noise takes some adjusting to at night. I don't notice it anymore.

So far everything has gone well living at The Bowery. Anytime I have issues they address them within a few hours and always make sure my apartment is working properly. Other residents are friendly and mostly quiet in the evenings (great for studying!). The gym is super nice and never busy so if you’re a fitness lover like me, this place is the perfect fit. I would definitely recommend The Bowery to any young person, especially people still in school!!

I love the Bowery, it can be a bit pricey, but the management is SO responsive, they do preventative maintenance, they host social events, the amenities are top-notch. It also has a great location! I love how close it is to the law school, as well as the South Main scene. My apartment is super cozy but still feels spacious. It also has a ton of natural light. A lot of A&M students live here, and it is so nice to know I have friends in case I need something.

Overall, a great complex! Very close to school (less than 5 minutes) and located by plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Only downside, living in Fort Worth is very expensive. To live in a safe and convenient location, it’ll definitely cost you.

The apartment is brand new; it opened Summer 2019. It's a 2 minute drive, depending on red lights, from the school. As a single woman living by myself, I wanted to feel safe. I also love the gym and pool; it also has a common area where I study if I want to get off campus.

It's brand new and the staff is super nice. I love how much sunlight my apartment has and prefer to study at home because it is so peaceful. It feels very safe and the staff is always throwing events. There are so many places opening up down the street from the complex. It is also SUPER close to the school which is so nice.
