Pricey, but Convenient

The rent itself is very high for a sub-par apartment, but it is very close to campus, has a lot of amenities and events which makes it fun to be a student living at Floco. Regardless, the apartment itself has okay appliances. I'm satisfied, but I want to look for something cheaper moving forward. And if I am going to pay $835/mo, I will probably look for something nicer in a different location, as I graduate this year.
