The Berkeley

Well-maintained complex. Units are large, very big living rooms. Units were redone within the last five years. Great finishings. Two pools, plenty of dog parks. Gyms are a little small. Community events. Buildings are three floors but no elevator

Good space, great price, about 10 minutes from campus. Leasing staff are pretty unresponsive.

This has been a great property to live at. The walls are very thick, parking is easy, and the smart thermostat/gates are very nice and make me feel safe as a woman. It’s also pretty well lit. When adding up the costs not included in other properties, I found this to be the most bang for my buck and about the same price as other properties that don’t include everything.

The Berkeley is usually fairly quiet, and the surrounding parks and neighborhoods are great places to walk. I've lived here for all of law school and have never had a negative experience with management. For those who prefer a less dense feel than downtown Fort Worth while raining within 15 minutes of the law school, it's a perfect location and an excellent value for the money compared to similar places downtown.

I love The Berkeley! The staff is very friendly and responsive to any issues I have had. The shared facilities are very clean and there are a lot of scheduled community activities.

I really like the Berkeley. There is a gated entrance, great smart home features, dog park, gym, and pools. My apartment even has its own garage attached!

super big apartment! they have 2 pools and fitness centers, maintenance is always fast - can’t complain!

Have lived here for two years now, and I have really enjoyed it. It’s pretty quiet and pet-friendly. When comparing the price to my friends, between adding up their utilities, electricity and water, it all is about the same to how much the Berkeley costs and the Berkeley has felt very safe (is well-lit). Highly recommend.
