Very Nice Apartments
I love my apartment. There isn't a lot of amenities. There is an outdoor shared space with a pool table and two TVs. There is also a gym. Other than that there isn't any other common space. There is access to amazon lockers and tide lockers, though. That is really nice. It is only two blocks from the school which is really convenient. Great location at the expense of some extras.

Overpriced, under delivered
This apartment complex was owned by the city of Fort Worth when I moved in so it was relatively cheap. Halfway through my lease it was sold to a private company that raised rent and other costs and cut amenities. The new management company was nice enough, but I could not justify living there (in a 1x1) after the price increases (rent, parking, etc.). Parking was $55-75 per month depending on what level you were on and neither of those options included a dedicated spot. Valet trash (and the associate fee) is mandatory even though no one uses it. The only amenity is the gym which is pretty basic. The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Beware that this complex also rents out empty units on StayAlfred so you never know who your neighbors are (it's an Airbnb type situation where new people come in every week). I had tons of noise problems with the short term neighbors shortly after they started the StayAlfred program. I now rent a house that I found on Zillow and I am saving so much money.

Parker House
I love my apartment! The management is super friendly and works hard to accommodate the law student tenants. Maintenance is awesome. You have to pay for parking but there is plenty of space and it is covered. I feel pretty safe and it is centrally located. I can walk to and from school or downtown easily. Great community. A tad expensive but the management will negotiate with law students since they understand that money is tight

good location
great interior and very close to school and downtown. however, it is a little expensive. i couldn’t afford it without splitting the rent

It’s great because I can walk to school and don’t have to worry about commuting. But sometimes management is a little disorganized. The apartments are all new and spacious and nice.
