Good option if you want to live alone
College Manor is a good option for anyone who wants to live alone but can't afford more than $800 on rent per month, but the affordability does come with downsides. The apt complex tends to have plumbing issues and there's been a roach problem recently. But it does allow pets and the rent is affordable.

Pretty good!
The studio is small and doesn't have a kitchen, but since I live alone, it's pretty perfect for me! There was a bit of a roach problem at the beginning, but it went away after one week with roach venom. Pretty good price for living alone and not having to pay electricity, just water and rent. If you're looking to live alone and don't mind a smaller space, I'd recommend it!

Bad
There were a lot of roaches in the apartment when I moved in. I received no notice when people came to my apartment to do repairs and spray for bugs. My neighbors fight constantly, but management won't do anything about it. It gets especially noisy on the weekends, so it isn't a great place to be when you need quiet time to study for law school.
