love it
Love the apartment and location

No complaints.
Just a mile south of the law school. Adjacent to a hospital, so little to no risk of a power outage. Consider signing a lease (here or elsewhere) around May or June for fairer rates.

Great Place to Live
Mag and May is more affordable than most apartments within a 5 minute drive of school and allows walkable access to dozens of restaurants on Magnolia. It's a great place to live.

Great but expensive.
My experience has been great. Staff are attentive and responsive. No major issues. To be frank, though, all the amenities are a bit extra for someone with a lower-middle class background. I wish I lived in a more modest apartment and saved on rent.

Great property, great location
I love Mag & May because of their great amenities and prime location. I am only about 5 minutes away from the law school and 2 minutes away from the Southside area. The apartment is also located on Magnolia which has a lot of great restaurants and bars. It’s a great place to be in the middle of fun city events and nightlife, but doesn’t get crazy loud at night. In fact, it’s pretty quiet and dead during weeknights because of the proximity to the hospital.

Great Location
Complex is quiet, clean, and affordable. Great location with view of downtown, and heaps of restaurants on Magnolia along with independent local shops. School is 4 minutes drive on good day and 8 on a busy day.

Can’t complain
Everything that I need is here.

Mag & May Review
Generally affordable studio apartment. Good location with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops on Magnolia. Building is close to the law school, less than a 10 minute drive. Haven’t had any problems with management.

Complex is great, management not so much
I love this complex! It’s spacious, great amenities, quiet, not crowded but management is sometimes so lacking it drives me wild. The day-to-day staff is amazing but upper-level management does not follow through on their word, pretends they have no idea what you’re talking about when having simple questions and seem to make life all around more difficult than necessary.

Everything’s pretty good
It’s nice. I have a washer and dryer and my fridge makes ice. I have everything I need right in my apartment.
