Decent living experience
Decent experience. A bit further from campus but nice to be away from the undergrad living environment. Amenities are nothing fancy but the pool is nice and gym has the basics. Plenty of parking, and convenient to Starbucks and some good food spots! Units are on the older side but feel nice and maintenance is on top of everything.

Great experience
Clean, well-maintained, extremely quiet, well-insulated, maintenance team is great.
Good floor plan; kitchen is a tad small.
The only complaint we have is that people do not pick up after their dogs, but they have sent out emails and made an effort to enforce.
Pricing is better than most of what we found surrounding.
Neutral colors inside, too.
