Lux13
The apartment works for 2 people and was the most reasonably priced I was able to find. The bedrooms are huge as well as the bathrooms and closets, but the kitchen has very little countertop space sufficient for cooking. Not a whole lot of cabinet space either, but the pantry makes up for that. There are a mix of families and students who live here and it can sometimes be noisy. Tons of space to walk dog around.

No Complaints
Good all around. Parking is not annoying. Management and maintenance are responsive. I like my unit; there are occasional cockroaches but that’s just the town we all chose to live in.

They do roommate matching which has pros and cons, they don’t match grad students with grad students. Walls are super thin.

This is my third year living here. The management leaves a bit to be desired. Super pushy to re-sign yet they take 4 weeks to response to maintenance requests. Some years my neighbors were super quiet and respectable, and others they were very loud and left messes outside their doors. As for safety, I have never had a safety issue but my window faces the walkway and our door doesn't deadbolt. If someone wanted to break-in, it would be very easy for them to do so.
