Iffy

The apartment itself was nice, but the neighborhood was iffy. Loud neighbors, some issues with the amenities like gym (some people would let their kids run wild and unsupervised in the communal areas, which was against policy). Not the worst place to be but not great.

No Complaints

I have enjoyed my experiences at the Polos up until this point. The only negative has been their current prospect of raising rent.
