Good budget apartment

Rent is $640/mo with all utilities included. There is an indoor parking garage, bike lockup room, and two small gyms. In-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Staff are friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are filled within 1-3 days. Entrances require fob access, but that won't stop anyone from following someone in. Rooms are small but not tiny, old but well taken care of. Nothing fancy or modern, but clean and does the job just fine. I have lived here two years and have generally liked it as a cheap apartment.

Reasonably priced unites.

It is quite close when using light rail and about 45minutes if walking. The best thing is that the monthly rate includes all amenities except the parking. It is also good for families.
