DO NOT LIVE HERE
Over the past year, we have had recurrent car break ins and dangerous activity happening IN the garage that people are paying $75-125 to park in. Despite them claiming that this is a luxury apartment, and increasing the rent to $1600+ a month, we are struggling with people breaking into our cars in the "protected" garage, random people who don't live here coming in and using our amenities, smelling weed in every building, and genuinely feeling unsafe in our buildings. The buildings managers refuse to do anything about the terrible things happening in the building, leaving residents having to pay for car repairs and live in generally unsafe conditions. It is wild that they call themselves a luxury apartment when it is everything but that. And of course, they will continue to raise rent prices and prices for the garage without making any adjustments. Do yourself a favor and go live somewhere that's worth the money.

Excellent place to live but pricey.
141 Wellington has excellent apartments for people living alone or with others. The apartments and utilities are well-maintained and only a few years old. The parking lot is underneath the apartment buildings and is completely enclosed. The pool is excellent. The surrounding area is safe and quiet.

Great Location
My fiance and I chose One41 Wellington because it is close to campus. We are able to walk to campus, walk to football games, and are within walking distance to Kroger. The apartment complex is very secure, has a gym attached, has an outdoor pool, and grills between the buildings. Our apartment has all the amenities that we wanted including a disposal, a washing machine, a drying machine, and a dishwasher.

Decent but not worth the money
Management has not handled safety issues very well. There is also much less security than what they advertise. Overall, it is a good property, but would be much better if it had additional security. Additionally, it used to be mostly just grad students and recent management has let college students move that have trashed the place and been loud. If this and security concerns were better handled, I would give the complex an 8 or 9 out of 10.

Amazing Apartment
This place is great! It's a better value if you live with someone in a two-bedroom. Great management and very safe!

One41Wellington
I have lived in this complex for three years, and in my current apartment for two. I love the outdoor space, the pool and the gym. The Apartments are beautiful with great black and white kitchens, big bathtubs, and big windows. My home is very important to me so I didn't mind spending a little extra money to live somewhere that felt nice and relaxing. Only Cons the price is a bit much for the neighborhood. We do have some student neighbors who throw parties, but the apartments themselves are pretty quiet you can't really hear your neighbors once you are inside. We are right by the hospital so most of the disturbing noise comes from helicopters and ambulances. Walkable to UC depending on where you work on campus, but you may want a campus parking pass in the winter. The management is really nice and easily handles your concerns. A little disappointed on the mask wearing situation. People only sparingly wear them in the gym and in the halls, but management was good about limiting the amount of people in the gym and those rules are followed well. Overall pretty happy.

Great place to live
Within walking distance of the school, has a gym, pool, covered parking, and really nice apartments. It’s a bit pricer than a lot of options, but the piece of mind of a nice, new, secure facility is worth it. plus I know of at least 6+ law students already live here.

Highly Recommend
Great secure residence, lots of young professionals, and within walking distance of the law school (if you wanted). Rent is higher than a lot of other options, but its a new building, has a great gym, pool, lounge area, and management staff.

Pretty good!
I love this complex! It's a little expensive, but you get a balcony, access to a gym, safe parking garage, and the staff there are super easy to get a hold of & friendly.
