Historic Apartment
I live in a historic apartment with hardwood floors. The kitchen and bathroom are minimal and outdated, there is no dishwasher, and there are some cosmetic issues with the unit. But other units do have a dishwasher and updated kitchens. The laundry is in a separate building and the dumpster is a bit of a walk as well. Laundry requires payment. Maintenance has been helpful and management has not given me any issues.
