Great area- especially if you don’t have a car
This is a great building/complex overall. The amenities are good and maintained properly. There are a couple of hiccups when things break, and it takes a bit of time to fix them, but overall it’s a good place to live. The apartments facing Richmond can be a bit loud because of the cars, but the size of each space is really good.
The best is the area, especially if you don’t have a car- it’s very walkable and you can easily walk to a number of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.

Upper Kirby
Upper Kirby is a nice apartment complex with great amenities. The walls are a bit thin so you can easily hear neighbors at times. Management is responsive, the floorplans are open, and the lighting is nice.

Upper Kirby is a nice apartment complex in a safe area. The surrounding neighborhood is fairly wealthy and is nice for dog walking. Decent gym and pool.
