I mean, it's fine
We used to live at the Meeting Streets Lofts for a fat minute, but it was hella expensive. Entonces, we needed something more affordable, but that's high key not a thing, and to make matters worse my jefa and I only got one car, so we really wanted to find some shit that's closer, but it just wasn't in the cards. So we got kinda lucky in finding Cainhoy Pointe, because it's cheaper, but damn dude we live out in the boonies for real! I drive to work, drop her off and then end up being like 10-15 minutes late everyday, and I stay waking up early. That aside, if you're tryina have some fun, it ain't here. You just end up driving back downtown anyway. There's no parks, there's no shopping, there's one pretty wack bar, and a publix and that's pretty much it. In the longterm, these fools doing construction all over the place, so maybe in 5 years it might be fun here, but right now it's all the way boring, and you end up waiting at the same red light for 15 minutes because the construction backs the traffic up so bad. I also feel like I need maintenance to come in like every three weeks cuz the buttons on the microwave don't work, or the washing machine breaks every two weeks, etc. And then the front office is like straight up got an attitude because we keep needing them to come back. The maintenance people are very nice though. But still, it's a great layout, it's spacious, it looks good, my dogs run around and play, they have a dog park, they do community events that are kinda fun. I feel like I enjoyed MSL more, but it was hella expensive, and this is a lot more bang for my buck, but we both had to give up more than a little bit. It's okay. I considered renewing for next year, but my wife is a leasing agent elsewhere, so we'll be taking that reduced rent where she works at.
