Very nice but far from campus
The apartment and complex themselves are very nice. We have vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, it allows pets but all the owners are responsible, and they replace carpet and repaint between all tenants. We never hear our neighbors and they also have big dogs. It is far from campus, but I ride the front runner to campus so my commute is stress free and it gives me some time to read.

Great complex
I love where I live. I have lived there for 2 years. The complex has premium features (granite counters, wood flooring, fireplace, vaulted ceiling, stainless steel appliances), and the community is very pet friendly. They have a playground since most of the people that live there are families. There is lots of walking space, nice gym, and resort style pool. They do resident events and try to keep the place well maintained. Rent is on the upper end for Draper, but the apartment quality and features make up for the premium price point. I technically live in a 1 bedroom with a den so a 1 bedroom would be about $100 less than what I pay and a 2 bedroom is about $200 more than what I am paying. You are also 20 minutes to the ski resorts and 2 minutes from shopping/restaurants.
