Great Apartment
I've been living at The Hudson for just over 6 months and I have very few issues with it. Maintenance is quick (usually same day or next day), the area is well-maintained, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. There is a ton of room on the property for walking dogs, and many people living here have them. The area has a lot of restaurants and retail a short drive away.
The space itself is great, with high ceilings and cabinets, and granite countertops. Walls are thick enough that I've never woken up at night from noise. I've never had an issue with insects and pests, but I also live on the third floor, so your mileage may vary.
The biggest issue I've had is with parking. It's generally not an issue, but if you get back late at night (especially on weekends), you may have to park 1 or 2 streets away from your apartment. You can opt to pay for a reserved parking spot and not worry about this. Another "issue" is that it's a very quiet community. I personally prefer this, since I can almost guarantee that noise won't be a concern, but if you're a high-energy person you will need to drive elsewhere to find exciting things to do.
