Marquis Ellis Crossing

Pros: I have had a great experience living here. The main office is super nice. Maintenance is incredibly quick and friendly. I've never had bugs, noise issues, or felt unsafe. We get a lot of space for our money. Publix and the airport are nearby. Parking is never a problem. Lots of windows. 3 dog parks, indoor pool, outside pool, car wash, pet spa, and other amenities.

Cons: There is train nearby (which may be an issue if you live in the part of the apartment complex closest to it, which I don't so it is not an issue for me). It is like 15 mins away from Duke, which to some is a lot. There are not a lot of bars/restaurants very close by, so we need to drive somewhere if we want to go out. But it close to the highway so it doesn't take much time. Gym is not small but it is missing key items.

Churment Ct, Durham NC Review

Slightly farther from hospital campus (10 min drive, 15-20 with traffic) but a very nice community and the rent divided three ways is very affordable.
