Terrible experience
I moved in four weeks ago and still have not received the key to my mailbox and do not know when I will get it. So I have been getting my package deliveries at the post office in downtown Seattle for the past four weeks. The building gate is unlocked and homeless people are able to trespass freely and on one occasion defecated in front of my unit. The building management requires tenants to deal with trespassers. The rent is expensive for the area ($1325 plus $150 for gas/water/trash plus electric bill). Rent is paid through Venmo. They provide an internet service called FastMesh - it seems okay so far.
I do like this location as a student at UW but wish I had moved to one of the many other buildings in this neighborhood that don't have a homeless trespassing issue and are cheaper. I lived in a different building on this street in 2023 and had a better experience living there.
