Decent Building
My building is decent - not great, not bad. It’s on the older side, but everything works fine and the location is about as good as you can get in Hyde Park (just off 53rd). The management company is responsive and friendly, but a little disorganized. Having moved from a MAC property, I can say that they’re certainly easier to deal with than MAC.
