Noisy Apartment with Poor Management & Crumbling Walls

Management is extremely hands off. Withheld half security deposit for normal wear and tear. Threatened to without the remaining half of the security deposit if I appealed to Landlord/Tenant Court.

Noisy Apartment with Poor Management

Management is unresponsive to requests, with extended response time. Management failed to inform of previous resident, who was evicted, and attempted to enter my apartment while I was in the residence. The walls and ceiling are particularly thin, so noise travels. I will not be returning.

Nice looking but lacks quality functionality

The apartments look awesome; high ceilings and new appliances. However the thin walls, the costs of electricity during the winter months, the constant air leakage and limited access to surrounding stores causes me to not recommend this as an ideal living space for residents.
