Maintenance is good and responsive. Big apartment complex so noise can travel. Need to furnish on your own.

Great place for Grad Students

The building is kept clean and is well-placed. parking (and gym) are not included and pretty expensive. Some apartments are well located, with lots of sunlight, and others do not have much sun and are facing train tracks, with very loud trains running every 20 minutes throughout the night.

Apartment building is very safe, staff is ultra friendly. Love living here as it is close to everything. I will live here for the remained of my time at Case. Downsides: they only give you 1 key and charge you $100 to replace it if lost. This is silly because it is an RFID fob that literally costs $1 to make so I don't understand why they don't just give residents as many as they need. The apartment lock also has pin pad and physical key functions, but management won't let residents use these (why? just why). Parking is like $165/mo through ABM also, which is NOT included in rent.

The train noise will literally shake the whole unit if you are too close.
The floor-to-floor soundproofing is pretty bad, if you have party-throwers upstairs, you will be unwillingly get invited to the party.

Great apartment

The apartment is only a ten-minute walk from the medical school, which is extremely convenient for me. And the entire apartment facilities are great, as is the apartment management. The disadvantage may be that the rent is relatively high because it does not include any other expenses, such as internet, water, and electricity. Furthermore, there is a railway directly behind this apartment, so when trains pass by, it is a little noisy.

Great location and the apartments seem brand new! The price is high and does not include any utilities. You do get a discount on the gym (which is so nice) if you live in the building. The parking is convenient but also an additional expense.

Great building/mgmt. Expensive compared to area although on the 'lower end' of the luxury apartments in the area.
