Heritage Appts
These are older apartments, but the rent is cheap for its proximity to campus. I ride my bike to campus and it takes me 10-15 minutes. Overall, I would recommend for its low price point.

Great location, slightly overpriced.
Overall a nice complex, close to the city bus line straight to med center. The buildings are kind of old and we have had some maintenance issues, but they are fixed pretty quickly. There is a pool, gym and tanning on site. Parking is free, finding a spot can be difficult when you're home late. Management is in general very nice. I feel very safe in the area.

Horrible management company
Can’t tour actual units, only a model unit. My unit was sloppily turned over. Struggled with company to get repairs completed in a timely manner. Unusually high utilities.
