The Max
I love living here! The building has great amenities (gym, rooftop, multiple lounges and outdoor areas) and management has always been responsive. The 10-12 minute walk to school is very convenient and Riverside Park is just two blocks away. Only downside is that it's a ~15 minute walk to the closest subway, so I often take the bus instead.

The Max- walking distance to school, new/clean building, a lot of amenities
This is a great building- it is close to school (about a 10 minute walk), there are a ton of amenities including a great gym, and the front desk and management quickly responds to any requests or concerns. I lived here my first 2 years of law school with another law student and it was great!

The Max
The view is amazing; it’s very quiet. Might be a little difficult to get around because there is no subway nearby, especially in the winter, but rent is also relatively cheap.
