Love the neighborhood; hate the management
To be fair, this management company just took over so it's not necessarily all their fault. However, I've complained many times about broken things and nothing has been fixed, nor do I get a call back. I find it very unprofessional. I work almost 60 hours a week and do not have the time to hound them repeatedly. There aren't even screens on the hallway windows!
