Affordable rent
I have lived here for about 3 months now and the neighborhood is safe and mostly quiet. The condo building is safe and very close to public transportation which can take you downtown in 30 minutes. The condo is located behind midway airport so you will be very close when you need o fly out of the airport. There is also residential parking so you do need to worry about not being able to park nearby.
