Great Deal!
I live on the first floor of an old 3-story house (each level is its own unit). It's definitely an older residence, the rooms are small and the walls aren't sound proof, but it's a fantastic deal. My landlords are adorable. I live close to a bus stop, and about a 12 minute walk to the blue line. Can't complain!
