I definitely will not extend the rent.

Bedroom: Poorly designed. The small bedroom has no access to sunlight.
Bathroom: Nice.
Kitchen: There is barely any storage. Dish storage is poorly narrow.
Washer/dryer: The area is dirty and the washer destroyed my clothes (stain and tear).
Common area: Spooky.

Steal of an apartment

Great rent, spacious place and 10 minute walk from Columbia and close to the subway. Highly recommend

Old but furnished and cheap

The apartment is really small, old and dirty. We’ve had issues with insects and rats. On the other side, it’s very well located, it was furnished, and it’s cheap.
