Great Place, great location, best management
I've been living in my apartment for almost an year now. I chose Zephyr for the location but I instantly fell in love with the management and the community. Everyone is so nice and friendly. It's a bit pricy but so is everything in Capitol Hill and particularly if you live in a modern space like this one.
