this place is only okay. It was not very safe when I lived there and hte building was kind of outdated and falling apart. Management was sporadic and the neighbors were loud at times. I did meet some good people however. It didn't feel like an apartment building and it was good rent for the space I had.

this location is good and bad. Good because its close to the bus line and downtown. However, there are some safety issues, the laundry room is separate and I've had people take my clothes out before without me saying it was okay. Neighbors are alright, but can be loud at times

This is Belltown at its best and worst. I like it because I have easy access to lots of places to eat and can walk my dog. But the residents are kinda rude and management is trying to ale it better but it's still a toss up. I am the one who will take your laundry or if you don't get down there in time and that's just what you have to deal with sometimes

I was skeptical when I first moved in because I had heard some negative reviews about living in Belltown. But, I've really made this place work for me. I think the laundry room is kind of sketchy, but the other residents are really nice and I've generally felt safe at night. I think I get for what I pay for the space and generally would suggest this place to a friend.

I mean....SUPER LOUD, but whatevs, you get what you pay for! M anagement is decent at times. Responsive from past years. Neighborhood is Belltown. it has its ups and downs, but has great food and access to downtown is unbeatable. I think the other residents could be more friendly, but I respect privacy as well.
