Great spot at a great price
Beautiful older building with a super responsive on-site landlord. The only downfalls are ones you'd find in any building that isn't brand new (older appliances, etc.). It also is in Capitol Hill, which means there is construction going on around the building constantly and you have to deal with that noise.
