It's good
Not too bad, not too awesome. The neighborhood is quiet. Rent is expensive. Very hot in summer time. In winter, the cold air seeps through the door very easily. Hard to take advantage of the outdoor pool because there are always so many kids. Wish the carport rent price wasn't as high.
