Good location, unresponsive management
The building is in a good location, and the apartment is perfectly fine. The shared laundry rooms on each floor, while not as ideal as having them in each unit, are clean and functional. The office manager is not the most responsive or on the ball. She also keeps quite limited hours and is usually not reachable by phone (there doesn't seem to be an email address). So it can be frustrating if you need something time sensitive sorted.
