Court 13 fantastic apartments
Previously living in cap hill apartments that didn't seem to be updated since the 70s with sky high rent and things always breaking, it was amazing to come across this like-new 1 bedroom near Seattle U. The landlord is fantastic and keeps the grounds looking nice (he will come out during the summer himself to water the roses!). The street is very quiet with a neighborhood-y feel yet you are 1-2 blocks away from many fantastic restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the Seattle U track. On-site laundry, still not free but the cheapest laundry I've seen in Seattle. Parking and storage units available for extra. The apartment I live in has an open floor plan for the living/dining/kitchen, very large bathroom and decent size closet in the bedroom. Coat closet in the living room as well. Bathroom has a dehumidifying fan on a timer, so you don't have to worry about any extra water or mold problems during the rainy season! My water and power bills have been very cheap, as well. Overall fantastic place to live.
