Awesome Downtown Seattle Living
I LOVE Chasselton Apartments! The building is older, but is extremely well-kept (manager and maintenance live onsite). Many buildings in the area are designated as historical by the city of Seattle. Great square footage for a studio, with separate dining and kitchen area. Huge walk-in closet. Original 1920s light fixture, crown molding, built-in china cabinet - tons of gorgeous detail to this apt. Downside is that it doesn't have a dishwasher, but that hasn't been a big deal. Building is in an amazing area on First Hill, walking distance to Downtown and Capitol Hill. Management is AWESOME, and the building has more of a family/community feel that anonymous city apartment living. Love the fact that it's only 5 stories. Truly fell in love with this apartment building!
