Good management. I don't like how you are able to Hear through walls. Cheap appliances. Good location- it's close to public transportation, coffee shop, donuts, gym, tanning, restaurants and mail. Gates to entry take a while to close which can be troublesome. Also, mail doesn't always arrive if you order boxes
