Great Apartment - Location could be improved
The apartment is great lots of light with floor to ceiling windows. The finishes are really high end and having a washer/dryer in unit is a big plus. The management team is super nice and helpful and always putting on social events for residents to get to know each other. I wish there was more storage space within the unit however. The location is great in terms of proximity to shops restaurants but is next to an industrial plastics factory which can sometimes smell and leaves me wondering if I am unknowingly breathing in carcinogens. They pick up trash from across the street every morning at 6am-7am and it can be very loud in the summers when you have your windows open.
