Tuscany Midtown
Great location, walkable, pet friendly. The area is surrounded by restaurants and gyms. Although the gym at this property is useless and the pool has no view, the courtyards are great and the grills are always readily available. About the 2nd parking spot for my fiancé, we are paying 80 for a monthly pass at the garage across the street.

Overall great community, prime location, walkable midtown neighborhood. One parking spot per bedroom, but wish it was two spots per apartment since my fiancé and I both have a vehicle. The 6 guest parking spots are insufficient for a property this size. The gym room could definitely use an update on all 4 machines in place.
